warum ? es war angekündigt: aloha konzert und rehearsal show und 68er 2 stand-up- und 2 sit-down shows. ich wüßte nicht warum das nicht so kommen sollte.

Special Anniversary Screening of Elvis Presley's 1968 & 1973 TV Specials
6:00 PM. (Doors open at 5:00 PM.) The Cannon Center for the Performing Arts, 255 North Main in downtown Memphis. A special screening of material from Elvis Presley's 1968 television special, Elvis, and his 1973 television special Elvis: Aloha from Hawaii. This is in commemoration of the 35th and 30th anniversaries of these magnificent performances and in anticipation of the related new special edition video/DVD releases coming from Elvis Presley Enterprises and BMG Home Entertainment in the latter part of 2003. <span style='color:red'>Screened in their entirety will be the two sit-down jam session shows and the two stand-up solo shows from which the Elvis in black leather portions of the original 1968 TV special </span>were derived, and the 1973 Aloha special (the broadcast concert). Information about other material to be screened and other details about the evening will be posted as plans near finalization. The Cannon Center, a new venue which opened early this year, was built on the site of the former Ellis Auditorium, where Elvis attended gospel music shows in his youth, where his high school graduation ceremony was held, and where he performed early in his career. The Cannon Center was created with an excellence in acoustics that rivals the great performance halls of the world. It is the perfect venue for this special screening event. Tickets are $25.00. Tickets will be available in advance from Ticketmaster - online at www.ticketmaster.com , by phone at (901) 525-1515, or in person at Ticketmaster outlets. Tickets will also available for in-person purchase at the Cannon Center box office. Group ticket purchases are handled by the Cannon Center box office. Tickets go on sale at 10:00 AM Central Time on Monday, July 21. Ticket proceeds above the cost of the event benefit the Elvis Presley Endowed Scholarship Fund at the University of Memphis. The Cannon Center's bar and fast-food service will be available.
