Entgegen den Meldungen hat Madonna mit Elvis in den "Billboard Hot 100 Single Charts" nicht gleichgezogen. Madonnas letzte Single-Veröffentlichung “Hung Up” war ihr 36. US Top 10 Single Hit. Die Meldungen besagen nun, dass Elvis ebenfalls 36 US Top 10 Hits gehabt hätte. Tatsächlich aber hatte Elvis 38 Top 10 Hits in den "Billboard Charts"!

Er hatte 32 verschiedene Singles in den "Billboard Top 10". 6 davon waren “Double A Sides” (z.B. die Single "Hound Dog / Don´t Be Cruel" – beide Seiten erreichten Platz 1) welche zusammen 38 Top 10 Hits ergeben.

Billboard offizielle Verlautbarung spricht nur von 36 Top 10 Hits Presleys in 16 1/2 Jahren von 1956 “Heartbrerak Hotel” bis 1972 “Burning Love”. Irgendwie hat Billboard 2 Top 10 Hits Presleys vergessen!
