"Elvis: Standing Room Only" erscheint auf dem Sammler-Label "Follow That Dream" am 23.03.2009 als Doppel-CD und Ende Mai 2009 als Vinylausgabe.

Diese Veröffentlichung war als Soundtrack zum damaligen Dokumentarfilm "Elvis On Tour" geplant und wurde nie veröffentlicht.
